Who We Are
What We Do
- Mapping competencies, objectives, and assessments to create coherent learning paths (microlearning, courses, certifications).
- We produce multimedia content, facilitator guides, instructional scripts, and SCORM/xAPI interactive resources.
- We design in-person, virtual, or hybrid workshops with active dynamics and on-the-job performance evaluation.
- Define learning KPIs, assessment tools, and dashboards to show transfer and ROI.
- Align training with business goals: onboarding, compliance, sales, customer service, and safety.
- Design and content in English and Spanish, culturally relevant and accessible (WCAG AA).
Our Methodology
- We combine frameworks such as ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom’s Taxonomy with active learning and authentic assessment.
- Steps:
- Analysis – In this phase, the instructional problem is clarified, the target needs are identified, and the learning goals and objectives are established.
- Design – In this phase the learning experience is planned based on the analysis. Objectives, content sequence, delivery methods and evaluation strategies are determined.
- Development – Instructional materials are created.
